About me

image00001.jpeg

My journey began in Poland, where I embarked on a successful career as a massage therapist, owning and operating my own business. Seeking further professional growth, I made my way to the UK, where in 2019 I proudly graduated from Solent University, attaining a BSc(Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy. I always had an ambition to work in a private practice, dedicated to delivering top-notch injury treatment and empowering individuals to live active, healthy lives, so in 2021 I established PhysioSTAR. Furthermore, I contribute my skills as an MSK Therapist working alongside experienced osteopaths at the esteemed David Sercombe Practice. I am an active athlete and a qualified fitness instructor with over 9 years of experience in health & fitness industry. My true passion has always been football. I hold a UEFA C coaching licence and still play at the semi-professional level in the UK. Suffering numerous injuries myself, I have developed a profound understanding of a patient's perspective which gave me invaluable insights into the challenges faced by athletes and the importance of effective rehabilitation. This has fuelled my motivation to continuously expand my expertise and provide complex injury treatment & rehabilitation to my patients. I genuinely care about your well-being, so don't hesitate to reach out and let me know how I can I help.

Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to connecting with you soon!
